A day after New York concert, Dimash was back in Kazakhstan to prepare for the Independence Day concert... and he was also named 'Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan'!

It is a wonderful thing to be recognised by your own country. And he well deserves it for every chance he gets, he tells his listeners that they are welcome to Kazakhstan. 'On the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, Dimash Kudaibergen was awarded the title “Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

At the solemn award ceremony, in honor of the main holiday of the country the singer received the award from the hands of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aktoty Raimkulova. She noted the special contribution of the young artist to the development and popularization of Kazakh culture around the world. Citizens of Kazakhstan were very enthusiastic about the news about Dimash’s award.
