 Every year, I and my fellow admin team members try to think of projects that are worthy of Dimash.  Something meaningful, something that would get a nod of approval from him... presumably.  But the projects also have to be doable because an international fan group faces many obstacles.   First, collection of money is a problem because any flow of money across international borders triggers multiple alerts.   Second, the admin team members are from all over the world and we don't have funds for physical meetings, which is necessary for most 'big' projects.  So we are usually limited to personal projects that we can run individually... or curated content creation based on individual activity organised or suggested in the main group.
