How does a Dimash dear prepare for a concert? Well, I'm sure every fan is different but this is generally what I see happening.
When A Concert Is Announced
A dear will start chatting in the chats and in groups, trying to find out who is organising the preparty and where the concertgoers' WhatsApp or Facebook groups are. This would be either before or after she has booked tickets to the city of the venue and booked hotel rooms.. refundable, of course, so she can change up or join other dears. Host city fanclubs or groups would be scrambling to pull together a committee to handle preparty and airport meet.
When It's Only A Month Away
Having decided upon the perfect Dimash tshirt or sash or button badges or fill-in-the-blanks, a dear will rev up ability to sing the concert songs because everyone knows Dimash will organise singalongs. She confirms preparty ticket and preparty meet-ups and preparty actions (dears from the same country might sing a song together or take a photo onstage together with country flag). She will probably pick up a bit more Russian or Kazakh, just in case she gets to be in an elevator with Dimash and can toss out a few Salems, Privets and Qaldarıñız qalay? Zdravstvuyte?
When It's A Week Away
She haunts Dimash's socmed, trying to detect his location and guess his movements. There might be a chance to change flights to be on the same plane as Dimash. I wonder how Dimash handles sitting in a plane half full of fans who watch him or pretend not to watch him. And pretend not to be aware of him. LOL. She also confirms plans with other fans, either to meet or to do touristy things together.
When It's A Day Away
She will not sleep and will repack her bag for the fifth time.
She knows she will be seeing Dimash soon!

Daididau : From Obscure Poem to Worldwide Hit https://medium.com/illumination/daididau-from-obscure-poem-to-worldwide-hit-b25e2ea74dd9 Excerpt : "A Silenced Poet It begins like a fairytale: Once upon a time there was a poet who was very much in love with his wife. Her name was Zuleikha Kurmanbaykizi, and his nickname for her was “Daididau.” Distant cousins and teenage sweethearts, they had been married off to other people by their parents, as was customary in their day. Only after they both became widowed at a young age were they able to build a life together. This young poet, Magzhan Zhumabayev, dearly loved his homeland. At the time of his birth in 1893, Kazakhstan was being ruled by the Russian Czar .... The Kazakh people, however, aspired to self-governance." In the article, the writer...
